Construction Management

The Construction Management certificate gives the student the skills and knowledge necessary for beginning a career in the commercial construction management field. The program prepares students for entry-level positions with construction firms and other industry-related organizations, and can serve as the first step to completing the AAS degree in Construction Management Technology. The program focus is on construction project management, construction estimating, materials and methods of construction, and construction documentation. An internship provides students the opportunity to use skills required for becoming a successful construction professional.
